gSyncit 4.1.28 Beta
When you get hundreds of emails, it is difficult to list out all your events, calendar entries, schedule the timings, appointments etc. manually. gSyncit is a trademark from Fieldstonesoftware, which helps you to do all these tasks automatically. It is available as an add-in for Microsoft Outlook for synchronization of your Outlook calendar entries and other events with your Google account. A lot of people use other software for storing all their routine like Evernote, Wunderlist etc.
- It is now compatible with the latest Google API and Toodledo API. It also supports one way or two-way Sync of Outlook calendar, notes, contacts and events. The sync is also applicable with multiple Outlook or Google accounts and provides you the relief of juggling various locations for finding all your information. You can use gSyncit to keep all your data at one location.
- Apart from both Google and Outlook accounts, it also allows third party software like Dropbox, Simplenote, Evernote, Toodledo, Nobze and Pocket Informant.
- The latest additions to the software also helps you to automatically remove duplicate entries or merge entries that hold same identifiers. It also automatically syncs the stuff at regular intervals that can be set by days, weeks or even start-up time sync.
gSyncit has added something to all its features in the latest upgrade. It has added time zone updating and gmail support, supports google events with color priority options. GSync Calender Mapping is an extensive affair and has many settings to import and sync items. In case of Toodledo and Pocket Informant, it has improved the migration speed as the new caching engine does faster syncing. The overall interface has been redesigned to make it more simple and easy. It has been programmed in Microsoft .NET 4.0. It has introduced Power Saving features as well that disables syncing when the battery power is critical or less than average.
Their latest release is gSyncit 4.1 and it also offers a try before buy version. This is limited in terms of restricted syncing for only one of the accounts, either a Google or Outlook and for just 50 entries. You can buy a license at $19.99 for a single computer and a twin computer purchase at $15.99. It supports Internet Explorer 9 and above and all PC users till Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook 2013 and Office 365.
